Delivery
All our plans are available as digital downloads only. Once you make your selection, your files will be delivered instantly via email as a PDF, accessible to you around the clock.
Return Policy
Please be aware that all purchases of our barndominium house plans are considered final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. We kindly ask that you review your selected plan carefully to ensure it aligns with your vision and needs before finalizing your purchase.
Modification Process If you choose to customize your plan, please note that these orders are also final. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your design, and our collaborative modification process works as follows:
Initial Draft Review: After your order is placed, our team will submit an initial floor plan draft for your review.
Clarifying Adjustments: We include “clarifying changes” at no additional cost. This covers minor adjustments such as changing a door swing or rearranging kitchen appliances.
Major Modifications: Structural changes—such as adding a bedroom, an additional story, or altering the foundation type—will incur an additional fee. (Note: 99% of our clients complete their projects without needing to pay these extra fees.)
Elevation Approval: Once you are satisfied with the floor plan, we will send over the floor plans and elevations. We follow the same review process here; once you provide your final approval, we proceed to complete your finished plan set.
