  2. Clarifying Adjustments: We include “clarifying changes” at no additional cost. This covers minor adjustments such as changing a door swing or rearranging kitchen appliances.

  3. Major Modifications: Structural changes—such as adding a bedroom, an additional story, or altering the foundation type—will incur an additional fee. (Note: 99% of our clients complete their projects without needing to pay these extra fees.)

  4. Elevation Approval: Once you are satisfied with the floor plan, we will send over the floor plans and elevations. We follow the same review process here; once you provide your final approval, we proceed to complete your finished plan set.
